We visited on a week day for lunch. We were greeted and seated right away. There were about 4 more tables. The person who took our drinks order was friendly and cheerful. It took a while to get our drinks and the rest of the service was quite slow as well! Blackberry soda that my daughter got was delicious. We ordered several appetizers, a salad and chicken parm. Food was fresh and tasted great! Looking at the reviews, we had no expectations but everything turned out great! We would visit again!

Haven't been to Macaroni Grill in a while. Decided to stop in to see if any changes have been made. I worked at Macaroni Grill for 10 years in the mid 90s. It was a great place to work. Good food, great service and good management. Now, I'm not sure what is going on. I know they are owned by a different company, but things are not going well. They have closed down all locations in the DFW are but this one and I'm not sure how much longer it will be there. We went on a Friday night at 7:00 and it was dead. Only about 4 tables in the restaurant. It picked up a little while we were there, but not much. Whe I worked there we were on more than an hour wait every weekend and sometimes during the week. The food was ok. I had the Penne Rustica, it was good, but not enough sauce. I asked for more sauce, it was better. My husband ordered the Mama's Trio and my daughter ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo. Both were good. Now, we did order Tiramisu for desert. It was FANTASTIC!! The best part of the meal. We had some wine and Bellinis. They used to have a Bellini machine, but now they make them in the blender. Bellinis we're ok. Better in the machine, which usually isn't the case. The service was slow, but didn't need to be fast because they didn't have many tables. Overall, we had an ok experience. I would recommend to go as much as possible. Maybe if we can get more people to go to keep the last location in the area open. Get the Tiramisu, it is totally worth the visit. It makes me sad that it's not thriving. The food isn't as good as it used to be, but I would say it's better than a lot of other Italian restaurants in the area.

This is one of the last few Macaroni 's around. We like them very much great food good service. Some reason Romano's Macaroni Grill fell out of flavor in the past few years. We used to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Just started going to this Fort Worth location because our Arlington one closed. This location will probably be shutting down soon as well. We will be sad and have to find a new place to eat Italian food. If you go to this Fort Worth location you should be pleased we have had good service, good food. Their menu is the same as it has been. The price is a little high but if you get on their mailing list you will save 10 dollars off the total sometimes more. Coupons come out every Friday. Our favorite meals are mushroom raviolis, chicken marsala, pretty much all their food is good you can't go wrong. Some really good bread as long as it is hot a crisp.
